Geocell for road base and soft ground stabilisation

HDPE geocell confines granular fill so haul roads, yards and trench beds carry heavy loads with less aggregate. 150–200 mm panels, factory-direct.

On soft subgrade, loose gravel spreads sideways under every wheel and ruts form quickly. Inside a geocell the aggregate cannot move sideways, so the filled layer acts like a stiff slab and spreads the load over a wider area.

The result is a thinner pavement layer, less imported aggregate and fewer repairs on haul roads, port yards, rail beds, parking areas and pipe or cable trenches.

Recommended cell heights

150 mm for site roads and yards; 200 mm for heavy trucks or very soft ground.
